By accessing or using the Service, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your information in accordance with this privacy policy. If you do not consent, please do not access or use the Service.
We may amend this privacy policy at any time without prior notice, and we will publish the revised policy on the Service. The revised policy will take effect 180 days after it is published, and your continued access to or use of the Service after that time will constitute your acceptance of the revised privacy policy. We therefore recommend that you review this page periodically.
Information we collect
This website has no forms and no user registration. We collect and process the following personal data only when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email to make an enquiry or a booking:
- Full name
- Email address
- Mobile phone number
- Postal address
- Identity document or passport, at the time of your stay
How we use your information
We will use the information we collect about you for the following purposes:
- Managing and confirming your booking
- Answering your enquiries and gathering your feedback as a guest
- Processing payment for your stay
- Complying with the legal obligations to register guests and report their details to the authorities
- Administrative and invoicing tasks
If we wished to use your information for any other purpose, we would ask for your consent and would use it only after receiving it, and solely for the purposes for which it was given, unless the law provides otherwise.
How we share your information
We will not transfer your personal data to third parties without asking for your consent, except in the limited circumstances described below:
- Banks and payment service providers, in order to collect payment for the booking and the stay
- The competent authorities, where there is a legal obligation to report the details of the people staying at the house
- Booking portals, where you choose to book through them
We require those third parties to use the personal data we transfer to them only for the purpose for which it was transferred, and not to keep it for longer than is necessary to fulfil that purpose.
We may also disclose your personal data in the following cases: (1) to comply with the law, a regulation, a court order or any other applicable legal process; (2) to enforce your agreements with us, including this privacy policy; or (3) to respond to claims that your use of the Service infringes the rights of third parties. If the Service or our company were to merge with another or be acquired, your information would be one of the assets transferred to the new owner.
How long we keep your information
We will keep your personal data for as long as we need it to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, as set out in this privacy policy. We may need to keep certain information for longer periods, such as for record keeping and accounting under applicable law, or for other legitimate reasons such as exercising legal rights or preventing fraud.
